I've been avoiding the scale, and for good reason.. . . maybe not so good. Anyway, I was feeling great this morning, exercised a lot over the weekend, had a minimal amount of splurges, so I though, why not jump on the scale?
Big disappointment.

I'm going to weight myself daily, even if I know it's painful.
